Qualifications:
Typing speed at least 50
words a minute (please test yourself or be sure you type at least 50 wpm before applying Candidate should have at least two years recent experience with direct support to CEO/Director of a company.
Must be poised and professional and have excellent turn-around time, time management skills and be able to proficiently self-start and eventually work independently.
It's a plus if you have experience in managing office operations, including other staff and volunteers.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, creating basic charts and tables.
Marketing/Business Development, Social Media experience is a PLUS Bilingual is a PLUS Candidate should be teachable (regardless of your expertise) and able to receive constructive feedback and make necessary changes promptly, so as not to have same work issues repeated.
Additional interpersonal skills include someone who is professional, self-starter, able to work independently, flexible, pays attention to detail, is accurate, double-checks work and delivers top-notch work product and top-notch results.
We are seeking people who have a great attitude, can follow instructions, who are reliable, dependable, trustworthy and exemplify other great work ethic attributes.
Must also have ability to work with others in diversified setting, It's a plus if desired candidate has experience with or is willing to learn new things, such as grant research and grant drafting, interfacing with members of the community to increase Company presence, etc.
